Refund Policy
Contracted services that have not yet been delivered are refundable within 7 days of purchase; most exchange requests will be honored; some services are subject to an expiration date.
Fulfillment Policy
Contracted services will be scheduled and delivered according to availability provided on scheduling calendar; client is responsible to schedule services
Cancellation Policy
If either of us needs to cancel or re-schedule, we agree to let the other know at least 24 hours ahead of time, except in the case of an emergency. There is no refund or guarantee to re-schedule appointments missed without prior notice.
